1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering for an account and/or particpating in any game offered on Dukesbox.com you acknowledge and accept that you will obide by the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. Dukesbox.com may at anytime update our terms and conditions, and continued use of the site will signify the acceptance of any modifications made to these conditions.

2. REGISTRATION

Upon registering, you will be required to provide the following information: a user name, and a password and a valid e-mail address, and depending on whether you choose to play for free or compete for cash winnings, you will be required to provide additional information at a later time. The use of such information will be subject to the Privacy Statement posted on this site. Dukesbox.com allows for a maximum of one account per player. Should additional accounts be discovered to be owned by same player, one or more of the accounts will be cancelled Dukesbox.com's sole discretion and all account balances may be confiscated.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To participate in any game and/or to register as a member of Dukesbox.com, it must be legal to participate in games of skill for cash in your Country / State. To particpate in any cash tournament you must be over the age of 18. You must not attempt to register an account if it is not legal to participate in games of skill for cash in your Country / State

Employees, officers, and directors of Dukesbox.com, its affiliated entities, parent, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate or receive prize ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4. ACCOUNT BALANCE

Each user has their own funds in their account. These funds can be gained by depositing money, winning cash games or may be awarded by Dukesbox.com for any reason. For users safety, all credit / debit card processing will be handled by 'Google Checkout'. Any fraudulent use of this system may result in termination of a members account and could result in legal action.

5. MEMBER ACCOUNTS

All players are asked to observe common etiquette and decency on Dukesbox.com. Dukesbox.com reserves the right to remove any member entries from Message Forum on Dukesbox.com and terminate accounts at its sole discretion. In addition, inactive accounts may be deleted in whole or in part including but not limited to their Account Balance and High Score Rankings.

6. ENTRY FEE TOURNAMENTS

Cash tournaments are given an associated entry fee. Upon entering a tournament the stated entry fee will be deducted from the users account.

7. RANKING

To ensure that users are playing against users of a similar skill, a ranking for each player in each game will be recorded. Players will only be matched against users of a similar ranking as themselves. Dukesbox.com may also store high scores for each game. These scores may be reset at any time and are not to be considered all time high scores. If we determine that scores were fraudulently acquired, we reserve the right to remove these scores from the list and take other appropriate measures to remedy the situation. All high scores will be reset on the first day of every month. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

8. TOURNAMENTS

Only completed tournament scores will be used in the entry to any tournament. The start and stop time (or number or entries in the case of limited entry tournaments) of each tournament will be determined and presented in a clear and succinct manner. Winners may be notified via an e-mail notification of their winnings and all cash won will be credited immediately to players' accounts. The split percentages for each player may be changed at Dukesbox.com sole discretion at any time. Any attempt to cheat while playing any tournament may result in removal from all tournaments and account termination. Dukesbox.com may monitor certain elements of user behaviour during any game to determine whether a user is cheating or playing the game fraudulently. Should we have any suspicion of this, we will not hesitate to close down the users account, withhold their account balance and take appropriate legal action.

By participating in Tournaments on Dukesbox.com, the players agree to be bound by the Official Rules. Dukesbox.com, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, consultants, employees and representatives are not responsible for: (i) Any condition caused by events beyond their control that may cause the Games to be disrupted or corrupted (ii) Any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of acceptance, possession, or use of cash prizes, or from participation in the Games (iii) Any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Games. Dukesbox.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Games in whole or in part, in the event of technical or other difficulties.

By participating in the Games, each player agrees to release and hold Dukesbox.com and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Dukesbox.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Games, or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy

9. MEMBERSHIP

There is no limit on the amount of fun you may have while playing games on Dukesbox.com! Anyone who signs up for a Free Trial Membership at Dukesbox.com can play Free Tournaments whenever they want. Free Tournaments are separate from Cash Tournaments. Winning a Free Tournament will NOT award you a prize pot nor will it effect your ranking in anyway on Dukesbox.com, except for Bonu$ Points.

10. CASH WINNINGS

Cash winnings may be redeemed for cash in the actual amount by using the Withdraw link on the 'Account Info' part of the page. Once you request a withdrawl you can check this page for the current status of the withdrawl. All payments made by Dukesbox.com will be done using PayPal. All members who attempt to make a withdrawl must provide a valid e-mail address which is associated with their valid paypal account. Users should allow two weeks for withdrawls to be processed although most should be processed in one week.

11. DISCLAIMERS

Dukesbox.com assumes no responsibility in any way for the performance or stability of any game or the entire site on your specific computer or the stability, speed or reliability of your Internet connection or operating system. Older computers may perform poorly and may affect the game play and the winnings from the game. It is your responsibility to ensure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements. In addition, Dukesbox.com does not warrant or guarantee performance or playability of any game on any specific computer and makes no warranties as to the stability or security of any browser . It is the players responsibility to ensure they have the latest browsers with the latest Direct X controls and latest version of Adobe Flash installed. This will help to assure more reliable play. Any attempts to affect play or winnings by means including but not limited to using obsolete or intentionally slowed up computers may be cause for termination of this Agreement

If Dukesbox.com determines in its sole discretion that a user account has been used in violation of this License, such account may be terminated without notice and all account balances may be confiscated.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell information, software, products, graphics or services obtained from this web site.

All Software is owned by Dukesbox.com and/or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws, patents, and international treaty provisions. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED

The use of machines, computers, scripts or any automated system to play games on Dukesbox.com is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal liability under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Users may only open one type, version or copy of browsing software application at any given time. Dukesbox.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate and permanently disqualify any players determined as being in violation of Official Rules as stated herein.

Dukesbox.com, its agents and representatives of Dukesbox.com are also not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed software transmissions which may limit a participant's ability to participate, or damage user's system as a result of participation, or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Games.

15. BREACH of TERMS & CONDITIONS

In the event that Dukesbox.com determines that you have breached any part of this Member Agreement, or have otherwise demonstrated inappropriate conduct on the site, Dukesbox.com reserves the right to:

i) send a warning via e-mail of your violation;

ii) delete any content provided by you to Dukesbox.com;

iii) discontinue your access to or registration with the game site;

iv) notify and/or send content to and/or fully cooperate with the proper law enforcement authorities for further action; and/or

(v) any other action which Dukebox deems to be appropriate. In the event of a cancellation of your account, you will not receive a refund for deposited funds.
